Answers in Viva: View personal Answers analytics
Answers in Viva connects employees to subject matter experts to get questions answered and increase their overall learning.
Select the Answers tab in Engage to open the Answers experience.

View Answers analyticsÂ
Answers analytics help you understand how your organization interacts with your questions and answers. Measure the community's responses to any questions you address and answers you give to others' questions.
View your personal Answers analytics by selecting Analytics -> Answers tab.
Answers analytics updates every 24 hours and provides the following metrics:
People helped: Count of all people helped; those who viewed, reacted, voted, and replied to your questions and answers.
Answers summary:​​​​​

Questions you answered: Total questions you answered.

Views on answers you provided: Total views on your answers.

Best answers you provided: Count of all your answers marked as Best answers.

Questions you asked: The count of all questions you've asked on Engage.

Views on questions you asked: Total views on your questions.
Questions you engaged in: Table covering all questions you're involved in, showing their respective engagement, in two categories.

Questions you asked: Statistics of total Views, Votes, Reactions, and Answers for each question you produced in the selected time frame.

Questions you answered: Statistics of total Views, Votes, Reactions, and Answers for each answer you gave in the selected time frame.​​​​​​​
